The total cost of the course: £560.00 (£100.00 deposit non-refundable).

(Including lunch and drinks) and supervised supervision practice.

This course will facilitate the participants to:

• identify the similarities and differences between counselling and supervision
• learn the necessary skills in supervisory practice
• explore different models of supervision
• research different models of reflective practice
• create and develop their supervisory model and framework
• create an effective learning environment
• the importance of supervisory alliance

Understand the importance of:

• contracting; three/four cornered contract and working in organisations
• how to be an ethically minded practitioner
• how to deal with ethical dilemmas in supervision
• evaluation and the importance of clear and direct feedback
• transference, counter-transference, body transference and parallel process in supervision
• use and abuse of power in supervision
• individual, Group and Peer supervision

People who complete this course will be eligible to apply to a (top up) Diploma in Clinical Supervision (three Saturdays).

Creative approach to Clinical supervision and working with different Medias.

This course has been designed to facilitate the counsellors and other professionals who wish to expand their career and become Supervisors.
