Beyond chocolate - how to stop dieting and have a healthy relationship with food and your body
We all have a relationship with food, for some it is relaxed, straightforward and satisfying and for others it can be a battleground; the source of anxiety, confusion and guilt. There is so much conflicting advice and information about weight loss and healthy eating that sometimes it seems impossible to make sense of it all.
It can feel as though we no longer trust ourselves to engage in the simple daily function of eating. Food plays such a fundamental part in our lives, we eat for so many reasons; for sustenance, for pleasure, as an escape, a treat, a reward, a way of soothing ourselves… And we don’t always know how to make choices that feel good.
The goal of this workshop is to guide you to explore your relationship with food, providing tools and ideas for you to experiment with so that you can feel good about the way you eat and the way you look.
