Bereavement Group Therapy

Have you suffered the loss of a loved one, or someone close to you?

We offer a condidential and safe place for people who have experienced bereavement to explore their feelings.

We recognise that loss or change can be isolatating and that you may be aware of painful emotions that are disturbing.

Group therapy offers:

• The opportunity to learn about the stages of grief, which are normal responses to loss. "to talk or just listen"
• To gain valuable coping strategies to help with everyday life
• To share experience is to know we are not alone in our grief

Groups are facilitated by qualified bereavement counsellors

Bereavement can be recent or in the past

Each group will be a maximum of 8 participants

6 sessions held once per week

Cost of group therapy is a one off fee of £50 per person
