Further Details:

I am looking for people suffering from anxiety to form a self help group with 6 people plus myself. The aim of the group is to offer support and understanding to each other, whilst working on the anxiety problems that they are experiencing.

These groups may be formed from people who have experienced one to one counselling and now want some group support in order to help manage their life.
The group will run for 10 weeks for 1 and a half hours. The option of a daytime or evening group will be discussed.

The cost will be £150 per person for the 10 weeks.
