Anxiety management course
Is anxiety stopping you from doing things you would like to do? Would you like to feel calmer and more in control?
This five-week course runs for three hours each session, with a maximum of eight participants and is facilitated by a qualified and experienced counsellor.
This is an opportunity to learn how to manage your anxiety in the safety of a group environment where members have agreed to keep things discussed confidential and be non-judgemental to each other.
At the end of the course, you should be able to recognise your anxiety triggers, reduce performance pressure, apply relaxation techniques and bring your anxiety down to a manageable level.

Qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor and group facilitator Daniela Nicol runs this course on behalf of Buckinghamshire Mind.
The course consists of theory and experiential learning which is learning by experiencing the support the group can provide.
