This small workshop is designed for those suffering from anxiety and stress, what it means and what impact anxiety and stress has on us.
There will be some teaching and some mindfullness.
Groups will run monthly, with a maximuim of three people per group, one evening a month from 7-8pm.
Together we will beat anxiety and depression - take the first steps to positive change.
