Anger Management Course

Do you have problems concentrating? Do you have thoughts of doing harm to your self or others? Do you have angry thoughts? Do you lash out at your loved ones, Do have a short temper? Isn't it time to do something about it?

If your answer is yes, then my Anger Management workshop could certainly be for you!

Aims

To provide participants with an opportunity to explore anger in a safe and confidential environment and to develop new strategies to deal with anger in a more positive and practical way.

Outcome

By the end of this workshop you will
have:

  • Learnt about anger and passivity   
  • Identify the Symptoms of Anger 
  • Developed new strategies to deal with anger in a more positive and practical way
  • Developed your own anger management plan

There will be a mix of theory, discussion and practical exercise during this workshop.

Course Facilitator

Stephen Boylan Dip Couns MBACP.

I am a qualified Counsellor, Tutor, and Youth Work. I have worked within the Public, Private and Voluntary Sectors for the past 7 years. During that time have worked for St Helens Council, Counselling Services,Drug & Alcohol Services and a Doctors Surgery. I have also had my own Private
Practice Counselling Service for the past year.

£50 Refreshments included in the price, you will also get a free one 2 one counselling session before the workshop to discuss your needs. This can be arranged for a day and time that is convenient both you and I.
