Part of a series of workshops addressing common mental health related issues.
Delivered to small groups by a professional counsellor and psychotherapist this introductory level workshop provides lots of easy to understand information as well as practical exercises and experiences.
By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
- Understand what anxiety is.
- Be aware of the range of emotional and physical affects of anxiety.
- Recognise some of the common signs and symptoms of anxiety.
- Make choices to help you manage and reduce anxiety.
- Use multiple skills and techniques to help manage anxiety.
