An introduction to acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
This two day course will introduce participants to the six main components of ACT:
- Contact with the present moment.
- Committed action.
- Self as context.
The course will run over two days and is a great introduction to the theory. ACT can be used very effectively for brief therapy and blends well with other modalities of counselling and psychotherapy.
You don't need any qualifications to come on the course and no prior knowledge will be assumed.
The course will be taught through discussion, experiential learning, group work, reflection and fun!

Please book early to avoid disappointment as groups sizes are deliberately kept small to increase the comfort and intimacy of the training.
