This advanced diploma is open to counsellors and psychotherapists of all theoretical orientations. The cross-modality award develops inter-subjective principles within your existing skill base.

Understanding moment-by-moment subjective experiences of self-with-other expands temporal landscapes and offers greater possibilities for relational depth and change.

Innovative, experiential, visual and creative learning methods are used to interrogate the notion of therapy as both a one and two-person psychology.

A three part inter-subjective matrix explores self-states through the concepts of original (childhood), organising (narrative) and 'live' (interpersonal) experience: these are then applied to humanistic, pyschodynamic, existential and transactional analysis approaches.

Taught modules take place in cohort based groups approximately once a month starting in October and ending in March 2017.

The Therapy Works training is located in comfortable surrounds at the the centre of Cardiff, close to the Waterlood Tea Gardens. For further information please email me directly at jacktherapy@btinternet.com or go to the website: http://www.thetherapyworks.org/#!training/xivau
