A creative approach to gaining self-esteem
Self-esteem involves becoming aware of ourselves and trusting our inner being to know what is right for us. With a strong sense of 'self', we do not allow others to define who we are.
In this workshop, you’ll explore how much you value your 'self', and whether you connect with others from a place of your truth, or from fear. You’ll learn ways you empower yourself and ways you give your power away.

About the host
I am a person-centred counsellor and therapeutic art practitioner that works in a holistic way, and I am passionate about emotional wellbeing as it underpins authentic living. My workshops are small and intimate but lively and fun.
