Practicing Mindfulness Meditation can help us view things differently. Mindfulness is for anyone who wants to appreciate their life more fully, increase the ability to relax and cultivate compassion and acceptance in their lives. Learning to incorporate Mindfulness into your every day life helps increase a sense of personal confidence, helps you take control of your life to achieve a happier more focused way of being.
Mindfulness has been widely researched and is used to help people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain or for anyone wanted to life live to the full.
The aim of the course is to help you develop an in depth personal experience of Mindfulness meditation and build the foundation of a sustained practice. Home practice is an integral part of the course; a course book, practice CD and handouts will be provided to help with this. You do not have practiced meditation before and this course non-religious in nature.
