6 week mindfulness/meditation and visualisation group to help find peace in a hectic world
For anyone who is looking into adding meditation to their daily routine, but doesn't know what would best suit them. We will discuss mindfulness and complete mindfulness meditations, and look at more traditional meditation techniques.
All group members receive a free emotional-freedom technique (EFT) session which they can use on a daily basis alongside their meditations.
Small group with a maximum of six people.
