18th September 2010
Open to all
Marple Cross Centre, Albemarle House, Osborne Road, SOUTHSEA, Hampshire, PO5 3LB

Are you afraid of your anger? Scared that it might 'take you over' and rob you of self-control? Do you worry about what you might do to yourself or others if you really let your anger loose? Would you like a better understanding of your anger and how it affects you? If so, then this half-day workshop is for you.

Counsellor Stefan Charidge will help you gain a deeper understanding of anger as one of the 4 fundamental emotions which are an unavoidable part of engaging with life. By understanding anger, and its role in our lives, we can begin to change - if we need to - the way we express it to others, so that it becomes a constructive rather than destructive part of life.

Saturday September 18th. 10.00 - 1.00. Advance booking essential. £18. Tea, coffee and soft drinks provided. Please visit www.marplecrosscentre.co.uk for contact and booking details.
