This day course is limited to a maximum of 6 participants, and offers an opportunity to gain insight into ways we potentially limit ourselves from being the truly wonderful people we are born to be.

We will use concepts from Transactional Analysis to understand how each of us views our lives, and how most of our life choices are decisional. By gaining insights into our life scripts we can make informed choices to change and allow our natural selves to grow and develop.
