Further Details:

I will be running a new group for women who are interested in exploring issues such as low self esteem, bereavement, assertiveness, depression, family issues, relationship problems and career development. I will be running this therapeutic group with the emphasis on self development, and obviously there will be other areas of interest that help will be provided for.

The sessions will last for approximately two hours and the fee is 20 pounds per attendance. If you have any areas that you feel you would like specific help with please indicate this when you contact me as I will be more than happy to accommodate this. I am also looking at running some development classes in the week, so if a Saturday is not convenient to you, please indicate times and days that are better.
