An exciting opportunity to attend a two-day introductory and certified course in Transactional Analysis (TA) on Thursdays May 17 and May 24 2012.This is the official TA 101 course and will be led by Jane Cross. TA provides a model to describe and understand our patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving and how we relate to each other.
During the course we will study:

• The origin and development of TA
• Ego-states, to deepen our knowledge of who we are and how we relate to others.
• Life Scripts, and an understanding of the decisions we have made about ourselves and how these impact on our lives.
• Psychological Games, providing insight in to how we keep repeating certain negative patterns in relationships and how to change this
• Emotional Literacy
