A Two Day Workshop

We all experience anxiety and stress at sometime in our life, and at times it is good for us to do so, but what happens if we get into a pattern of generalized anxiety, feeling anxious and stressed but not really understanding why, or where it comes from and how we can help ourselves manage our anxiety and stress levels on a day to day basis

This workshop is for anyone experiencing anxiety and stress in their life, or for anyone in the helping professions who wishes to learn more about the causes of anxiety and stress and how they may be alleviated

Participants will gain an understanding of:
•How anxiety affects us physically and psychologically
•How it affects our behaviour and emotions

They will be introduced to:
•Clearly defined ways of managing anxiety and stress
•An understanding of why change can be difficult
