I am an experienced counsellor based in Central London (close to Harley Street) and North London (N10), specialising in bereavement, depression, anxiety, abuse, relationship issues, substance abuse, anger management and low self-esteem.
I also have experience of working with issues such as redundancy and workplace issues, family breakdown, illness, stress and trauma.

I work using a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural), Gestalt, Person Centred, Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic.
I work with adults and teenagers.
