Unforeseen problems, difficult and distressing events including relationship difficulties can happen to any of us at any time and seeking independent support can help you get a perspective on your thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or judgment. NO issue is too trivial or too complex if it is troubling you and /or affecting your relationships.
You may feel you are at a cross roads in your life and would like to explore with support how to reach the right decision for you to move forward with a clearer understanding of your fears and hopes for the future which counselling provides.
I offer hourly sessions in a safe comfortable setting for adults, young people and couples.
I work within a strict ethical code for counsellors as a member of the British Association for Cpuunsellors and Pychotherapists for your security and safety including regular supervision from a qualified supervisor.

As your counsellor I offer a professional, confidential and respectful service for you to safely explore and reach an understanding of what is going on for you.
By working together, short or long term at your own pace within a trusting relationship it is possible to give meaning to and make sense of your thoughts and feelings which can lead to lasting change.
