I am a Person Centred/Integrative Counsellor based in Rodney Street, Liverpool. I work with individuals and couples

I have more than 25 years experience working with children, young people and adults with many diverse issues. I work in private practice and in school settings. I have worked extensively with many clients both men and women who are survivers of sexual abuse.

I have worked as a volunteer counsellor with Liverpool Bereavement Service. I have also worked extensively in the NHS counselling clients with various presenting issues such as; low self esteem, low mood, depression, anxiety disorders, phobias and attachment issues.

I offer a warm, genuine, non judgemental, confidential environment where you can feel free to explore your issues and understand your feelings or anxieties. I have a non directive approach which enables you to move forward at your own pace. 

People come to counselling for many different reasons I understand fully that for some, beginning counselling can be a daunting prospect, I can assure you that you will not be judged in any way and any issues you wish to discuss will be completely confidential. I  believe that each individual has the ability to change how they feel about themselves in order to reach their full potential and live a happier more fulfilled life. 

Sometimes clients don't know exactly what's going on for them, but feel that something isn't right. Talking through your feelings and past experiences can help to uncover and resolve any underlying issues, leaving you feeling better and less burdened.

My fee is £50.00 per one hour session for individuals 

£60.00 per one hour session for couples

Consessions for children and students.
