Young Rose Counselling & Psychotherapy - PgDip Registered Member MBACP
At times, life can be really tough and overwhelming and all you want is to talk to someone uninvolved, who wont judge you or tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. Finding someone like this outside of your direct family, friends or work environment who can also put your needs first can be difficult. You’ve already made the first big step to seeking some help by visiting this directory, the next challenging step is to find the right person and to get in contact.
Whatever support you need, Jenny and Sharon have a wide range of experience, including: counselling people from age 5 to 70+, including adults, teenagers, children and their families who are struggling with many things such as anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, bullying, abuse, self-harm and exam stress to name a few. We have worked in a number of primary care and charitable settings including those specialising in supporting young people and their families, schools, a hospice and a large charitable organisation, as well as working from our discrete private counselling room in Northwich, Cheshire.
One of our unique strengths is the experience we both bring in working with children, young people and their families. We both feel passionate about helping this vulnerable age group and their families through this challenging time in their lives and working as a partnership means we can provide much needed support to more than one family member.
We provide sessions with a strong person-centred foundation, although incorporate a number of other therapeutic elements, such as CBT, play, art and group work.
If you would like to have a chat with us please give us a call or if picking up the phone is hard for you send us an email. Together we can work out the best way forward for you to help deal with whatever you're struggling with in your life.

Each one of you is unique and we will review regularly together to make sure you are getting out of counselling what you were hoping for, along with how many sessions you might need, even then it’s not fixed in stone. You will always be the one making the decision. Each session will last up to 50 minutes.
We offer sessions in Northwich, Cheshire from our accessible and discreet private counselling room. We also provide the option, by agreement, to offer counselling appointments at an alternate location.
