Yohani de Silva MBACP
100 Heath Road
Are you looking for therapeutic conditions of understanding, acceptance, genuineness and warmth - a safe place for you to explore your inner feelings and help you find the changes you seek? That is exactly what I try and give my clients. I am Yohani, a practising Counsellor based in Twickenham and offer a counselling service covering the areas of Twickenham, Teddigton, Kingston on Thames, Richmond, Sunbury, Isleworth and Hounslow.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and work within their Code of Ethics with short or long term clients.
Understanding the origin of your problem and learning new ways to view the world, can be life-changing and very exciting. Counselling is a talking therapy that provides you an opportunity and space to explore your concerns, worries, fears and anxieties in a safe and confidential manner without being judged.
I aim to help you, to empower yourself to make the right choices and decisions for yourself but ultimately, you make whatever changes to help you overcome your distress and cope positively.
