About me

For anxiety, stress; generalised anxiety; feeling sad; anger management; depression;  trauma - past and present; couples counselling; abuse; relationship issues; bereavement; bullying; loss; addictions; sex addiction; redundancy; sex therapy; trauma; insomnia; unwanted habits; stopping smoking; phobias.

Supportive, respectful, non judgemental and targeted way with the person for the person. The service is private, professional and confidential and the surroundings very relaxed and comfortable. Over 30 years experience. I have been working in an integrative way for a while having found really effective ways that have evolved through long practice and multiple (many unlisted) trainings.

Statutory Regulated and Registered Health Professional and Psychological Therapist,  Allied Health Professional; Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Art Psychotherapist, Supervisor of Counsellors and Therapists. Training, qualifications & experience

Over 30 years experience in therapeutic settings including psychiatric hospital, city counselling services, occupational health, prisons, city hostel for homeless, home office funded criminal justice establishments, council staff welfare, the voluntary and statutory sector and a significant body of related work both paid and voluntary. Have also done countless voluntary hours in city mental health related establishments.

Many thousands of direct hours with referred (mostly GPs) and self referred clients have included issues at the sharp end of mental ill health through to general feelings of unhappiness.
