Life can be tough and one of the best ways to make sense of our difficulties and confusion can be to talk. When we express our thoughts and feelings it can help bring clarity to what might seem like an insurmountable problem. As a trained counsellor, I aim to help you to explore these thoughts and feelings and this in turn can lead to a better understanding of the issues and how they are affecting you.
Every journey begins with just one step and your search for support has brought you into this directory. I understand that lifting the phone can be difficult but you've made it this far and I will be only too happy to answer any questions you might have about the process. If I am engaged or otherwise unable to take your call, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
When you come to my Donaghadee based practise, I offer sessions in a peaceful, safe and non-judgmental setting where we will work at your pace. Remember this is your process, and we will work collaboratively and with regular reviews to ensure that the process is working as well as possible for you. As a guide, clients usually avail of 6 sessions initially, at which point we can review the work and consider how you would like to proceed.
