Wendy Padley MA, MSc, Registered MBACP
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist. I can offer you counselling as a short term service (up to 6 weeks), or psychotherapy as a longer term commitment, up to 2 years or longer, depending upon your needs. Both of these give you a regular weekly space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental and supportive way. Psychotherapy especially encourages you to talk in depth about your difficulties and to think about how these relate to past experiences.
Counselling and psychotherapy with me can give you the tools for acceptance and change.
I have worked for a number of years in a respected voluntary sector agency, with the NHS in a specialist psychotherapy service, and also in a Higher Education setting.
I am experienced in working with clients with a wide range of difficulties, from relationship problems, anxiety and depression, behavioural difficulties, and life change problems, to name a few.
I currently practice from the Market Harborough area, with easy access from the A14, A6, A427 and local to the M1.
How to get started:
Please email me or ring with any queries. I may not answer the phone if I am with a client - please leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
