I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and supervisor (MSc, CTA) with over 12 years experience.
I work from home where I have a special room (on the ground floor)for counselling.

I am available for individual and couple counselling.

I believe in a holistic approach to counselling and offer working with the mind, body and -if appropriate and wanted -the spirit.

To my origional training in Transactional Analysis I have added EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (working with the body), Mindfulness and a working knowledge of CBT.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

My initial training was in Transactional Analysis (TA) and some aspects of NLP.
I have a masters in Psychotherapy and am a Certified Transactional Analyst. Since then I have done additional training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), CBT and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

I have worked as a therapist for over 12 years and I am a member of UKCP, ACC and ITA.
