Hello! I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to check whether my services are suitable for your needs, without any obligation to commit if you feel it is not for you. I also offer e-mail counselling, subject to an assessment of your needs.
When confused, unsure or distressed, it helps to have someone listen deeply and without judgement. I am a person-centred counsellor and my aim is to work alongside you to address your current needs and concerns in life, so that you can work out the best way forward. I believe you should feel heard, understood and accepted as an individual and my hope is that you will experience your innate value and worth within our counselling relationship.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
I have a Level 5 Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and have worked with a wide variety of individuals from different backgrounds and with different life issues. I also have a BSc.(Hons) in Pharmacy with over 10 years' experience working in the healthcare sector.
