I am a professionally qualified, UKCP registered, independent psychotherapist and counsellor. I have natural intuitive skills, further developed and honed by working with clients in many diverse situations. This, coupled with my life experience, is put to use in enabling my clients to become empowered on their journey with a clearer and more comprehensive vision of their future path. I offer a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental home environment in conjunction with an open, honest approach to working with clients.
I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I draw on a number of models for therapy, adopting the approach that best suits and connects with the individual. I work with a wide range of issues such as:

As an integrative psychotherapist, I am committed to providing a safe and confidential therapeutic space that allows for gentle exploration of my clients' experience. At the very heart of all that I do is the importance of the relationship between therapist and client in the healing process. For this reason, at the client's first session I take a detailed assessment and allow time for your questions to enable us to work towards a successful resolution.
I am happy to work with a solution-focused, short-term approach over 6-8 sessions however, some issues may have their roots in the past and may require deeper exploration and understanding over a longer period of time.
