Association For Group & Individual Psychotherapy
1 Fairbridge Road
Life gets difficult for all of us at times. The art of psychotherapy is to enable us to find new ways and paths which work better and which improve the quality of our lives. It is an odd thing that we humans speak and that through speaking to someone, who is trained to listen, change can happen.
Initially I offer a first meeting which provides a space for us to meet and for you to speak of what brings you to consider psychotherapy, and for you to discover a little about how I work. I am experienced and interested in working with people from a variety of backgrounds including different ethnic and cultural origins and backgrounds.
I am a trained Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Lacanian Analyst and supervisor and trainer and have over 25 years experience. I also teaching on various trainings and lecture on psychoanalysis and write the occasional article.

Every one of us is different and so the underlying cause of our symptoms are different for each of us. The symptom itself is a compromise formation which something in us has found to help us get through some kind of conflict or other. Through speaking with a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who is trained to listen for what is trying to make itself heard we can find new solutions to old difficulties.
