Dr Victoria Uwannah | CPsychol, PsychD | Chartered Counselling Psychologist
Liberty Therapies is a psychology practice located in Berkshire which currently has availability on weekday evenings and weekends only. I offer both short and long term therapy for help with various difficulties. Therapy is mostly known as being useful for those experiencing mental health difficulties such as depression and anxiety, however it can also be useful for issues such as difficulties in relationships, coping with stress, anger management and building self-esteem.
My consulting room is currently based in central Reading, a short 10 minute walk from the station. Telephone and online therapy is also available if required.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I'm trained to deliver a variety of therapies which means that I work in an integrative way, combining where necessary. This is an advantage as it means that therapy is tailored on an individual basis. This can be decided together after an initial assessment, where we think about what would be most helpful for you.
Please see my website www.libertytherapies.com for further information on what to expect in therapy, and also for an example of frequently asked questions. However if you're still unsure about anything, please feel free to email or call and we can talk through any concerns you may have.
