Profile

People seek counselling for a wide variety of reasons but whatever your reason, you don’t have to struggle on alone.

As a counsellor, I am trained to listen in a different way; you won’t be judged and you won’t be told what to do but through our sessions, you will be helped to have a better understanding of yourself and to find your own solutions.  The counselling room is a safe environment where you can explore in confidence the things that are troubling you and as your self awareness deepens, you will find the confidence to make the changes you choose.

I am an integrative Counsellor which means I draw on a range of concepts from various counselling theories which can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

I offer both short term (6-12 sessions) and longer term, where you decide the length of the work.

I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their code of ethics.
