I am specialised on working on relationship issues for couples, families and individuals and I can offer short-term and long-term counselling in Central London.
I welcome LGBT individuals and couples. I can also offer sessions in Greek.
I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and I work according to its ethical guidelines and confidentiality policies.
Currently I work in private practice and as a Relate Counsellor for Relate North West .
My work is based on an integrative model which means that I am trained on several therapeutic approaches, including systemic, psychodynamic, narrative, transpersonal , mindfuleness, Gestalt, transactional analysis and CBT and I try to involve different methods and interventions within my therapy sessions according to what is brought forward by my clients.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a BSC Hons in Psycholgy from City University, an MSC in Applied Psychology from Brunel University, an MSC in Child Development and Learning from Oxford Brookes University and an MA in Relationship Therapy from Hull University.

Initial assessment sessions cost at present £65.
On-going counselling sessions for individuals, couples and families are on a different rate and are under discussion.
You pay after each session. You do not have to pay in advance, and you do not need to contract to a definite number of sessions. I appreciate a 24-hour’s notice of any cancellation.
