Hello my name is Val. As a Counsellor I believe I can offer you a comfortable, safe environment in which you will have the opportunity to talk privately and confidentially about your life experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a way that is different from talking to a friend or family. My Practice is in the south end of Lincoln approximately 2 miles from Lincoln City centre and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
As your counsellor I will give you the opportunity to talk about the problems you are facing, offering support through the difficulties and challenges you are experiencing in your life. I will work with you to understand your feelings whist at the same time we will explore how you can make possible changes.
I will respect your values and feelings and I will not at any time judge or criticize you. I will be there to support and listen to you. It may mean reviewing your past and present relationships but this will enable you to gain a greater understanding of yourself. Please contact me if you would like support with any of the following;
- Relationship difficulties
- Bereavement and loss
- Eating Disorders
If you are a counsellor and are in the process of looking for a supervisor I can offer one to one supervision and group supervision if required.
