Profile
| "We can't change anythything until we have some fresh ideas, until we see things differently" (James Hillman) I am a qualified counsellor (MBACP) and can offer you personal counselling to deal with a wide range of issues including Anger, Depression, Anxiety and low Self Esteem. My aim is to offer you a safe and confidential space to explore your personal struggles and the choices open to you. Extensive work with young people over the past 15 years within the Education and Creative Arts Sector led me to explore fundamental questions: "How do you experience yourself in relation to the world around us? How do others experience us?" Communication is crucial in my work - being able to listen to others with an accepting and respectful attitude. Insight, an open mind, and the ability to reflect and explore all your options, allowing change, being the change |
