I am a fully registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical code of practice. I regularly undertake on-going training to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.
I have experience of working with young adults and those of all ages. As well as my private practice I have had the privilege of helping clients while working as an Employee Counsellor in the workplace with a leading British company in their Occupational Health Department. I have been employed in Higher Education as a College Counsellor working with students and for large counselling charities helping clients of all backgrounds and ages with a diverse range of issues.
My professional experience has covered working with issues such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties, OCD, BDD, eating disorders, self harm, abuse, lack of confidence or self esteem and many more.
