Val Phillips (FdSc in Counselling, MNFSH, MBACP)
I offer time away from demands and dissatisfaction felt within your relationships, in work and daily life; space to tell your story, in your own way and to reflect on what it means.
Counselling can help connect you to your own natural ability to relax and fulfill your potential in life.
Whether it be a small voice inside you saying there is a different way of seeing your life or whether raw emotion or numbness are the spark for you to take the first step to seeking help beyond your present experience, I offer a warm and supportive space where you will be listened to in confidence and without judgement.
