About me

I work with clients who either have mild issues or suffer from prolonged mental health, relationship issues, multiple diagnoses and addictions. I have thousands of hours of clinical practice working in various settings that include short and long term work. As a therapist specialising in couple and trauma therapy I also provide individual/group supervision, study groups, mentoring, consultations to organisations, run various training and facilitate CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model) training in the UK. For more information please go to www.comprehensiveresourcemodel.com or look at Lisa Schwarz explanation clips on Youtube.

Each of us is a unique individual so every session is adapted to the person’s needs by integrating various approaches and creative styles. My non-judgemental, respectful and confidential environment with emphasis on deep empathy and honesty, hopefully will allow you to feel safe and address various fears. I see myself as a challenging, flexible and grounded therapist who has a wealth of experience and the clients’ best interest at heart. Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings and physical sensations that underpin patterns of behaviour that you dont like or may not even be consciously aware of.

During our initial appointment which lasts 2 hrs we discuss your needs, you can see how I work and together we can propose the plan of your therapy. You are not obliged to stay that long if you feel this will be too much for you. This is simply an opportunity to have a proper initial meeting to get to know each other. I will be glad to answer to any questions you might have. You are then free to think about whether I am the right therapist for you and choose the duration of upcoming sessions .

I charge £60 per hour, the second hour during the initial consultation is free. There is on-street free parking and Lothian bus stop within less than 5 min walk.
