Profile
Hello, I'm Charlotte. I've been through the counselling process so I know what a brave and difficult decision it can be to look for this kind of help. I've also seen how counselling changes lives for the better.
I am a warm and down-to-earth counsellor who can offer you a safe and confidential space to explore issues and concerns in a non-judgemental and positive way. I will accept you just as you are and strive to understand your world in the way that you understand it. I will help you to explore why you react in certain ways. I will support you but not direct you. I will help you to find your own answers and the motivation to follow your goals and dreams.
I have spent a lot of time working with survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse and so consider this a speciality.
I have worked for a local authority counselling people with sight loss.
If you are ready to live the life you deserve I look forward to your call, text or email.
