Hi my name is Tricia and I understand how difficult life can be at times. I'm a qualified and registered counsellor and psychothearpist who works with a mix of therapies (Intergrative Counselling/ Psychotherapy).
My therapeutic work operates from a place of warmth, empathy and is non- judgemental in nature.
Healing and recovery is possible life can be different and in our work together I hope to provide a safe space where greater insight is had, self empowerment realised and you feel equipped with the tools to live the life you want. We will work collaboratively and at your pace to achieve this.
Sometimes the hardest part of the counselling journey is believing you are worthy of the trip. Counselling can seem daunting but I believe you are worthy of the trip.
