Tracy O'Shea Counsellor and Supervisor MBACP Dip. Cert
Central Milton Keynes
Hello, finding the right therapist for you can be really difficult. You have just made the first move to a more positive future, maybe I can help you.
I can offer a calm, safe environment where you can explore what's going on for you right now. I offer short term and long term counselling for what ever your needs may be. I have experience of working with adults with anxiety, depression, abuse, historic attachment issues and many more. Please see below for comprehensive list of experience.
If you have any questions or a general enquiry, please email or text me.
I have always enjoyed working with different people, from all walks of life and feel it is a real privileged to be part of someone's journey and to listen to their life stories.
Life is not always easy and sometimes, when you are going through difficult times you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel or see your way through. Having someone to talk to who is not part of your family or your friendship group, some where you can say exactly what you are really thinking or what your are afraid of, where you can take the mask off that you wear everyday, it could be your place of calm in what may feel like a very chaotic world....... just to be.....and be yourself.
If I'm not the right counsellor for you I am happy to point you in the right direction. Feel free to get in touch.
I am a Therapeutic Counsellor and work mainly in a Person Centered way, putting the needs of the client first. The therapeutic space is yours to explore the difficulties you are facing right now.
I look forward to hearing from you.
I work from therapy rooms in Central Milton Keynes, with easy access to parking, bus services and the train station.
