About me

Hello, I'm Tracie. I will listen to you carefully, and create a safe environment of trust and confidentiality where you can relax and deal with the issues troubling you. I offer you a space where you know you will not be judged, but be accepted for who and all that you are. By allowing you the space and time to express and explore whatever is stopping you from living to your potential, I will help you find your own answers, bringing lasting change.

I know it can be hard to take steps towards help. I can help you with this difficult time in your life; we all need to be able to talk things through with someone at times. Our family and friends may be involved in the problem, or we just don't want to burden them any more.  An objective listener can be best. I can offer you skilled, professional and caring support. You are showing strength in seeking help, and we will build on that together.

How do you choose a counsellor? It needn't be complicated - I am here to really hear you, whatever you want to explore in counselling. If you have something troubling you, we will look at it together, to help you gain understanding.

My personal life experiences and struggles have led me to be a warm, compassionate, sensitive and empathic listener for you. I genuinely respect you, and believe in your ability to make positive changes in your life. I offer a willingness to share your therapeutic journey with you, enabling you to reach the goals you have set out to achieve.

are stressed / anxious,
have relationship issues,
have been bereaved,
suffered sexual abuse or rape / neglect / emotional abuse / mental abuse,
have Bi-Polar disorder / anxiety / depression / eating disorders,
had an abortion,

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.
