Tracey West-Adams MBACP
Hello, my aim as your counsellor is to provide the support and environment that enables you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. To help you gain understanding of yourself from another perspective and find alternative ways of managing that will help improve things for you.
Everyone is different so we will work together with a flexible approach that will help support you through the counselling process in the way that suits you best.
I am able to offer short term and long term counselling for individuals. I originally trained in Humanistic Counselling and since then I have completed training courses in a diverse range of areas. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
Prior to the first session I would normally invite you to come and see me for about 15 to 20 minutes, to help get a sense of what it may be like to work with me. We will also talk about the number of sessions, hopeful outcomes from counselling and a day and time for further sessions.
You can contact me on the email and phone numbers given above.
