Tracey Wacik Adv.Dip.CP.MNCS
I provide a peaceful setting where you can feel at ease to explore the best way to move forward to improve your life. Taking this first step is empowering and may feel a bit scary at the same time, but the best results are achieved by talking it out, with the assurance of knowing that you will not be judged, but met with empathy and understanding. We often find that we hold the answers inside ourselves, but sometimes a little help is needed to gain clarity.
Sometimes, just one appointment can put you back on track, so I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your need. I offer both day and evening appointments, as well as some weekend appointments.
