About me

Thank you you for viewing my page.

I'm guessing you may need some help with the problems and issues that you are experiencing or have experienced. My level of expertise is working with couples or individuals who are experiencing relationship issues.

I am a very experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist and I am hoping we can work together to invite change for you.

It is not unusual for relationships to run into some form of problems and difficulties, in my counselling practice I provide a safe, non judgemental environment which we can use to talk and work through the issues you are finding difficult to cope with.
Counselling can help us to make sense of your thoughts and feelings and it offers a space for you to be heard, if you come together with your partner it gives them a better understanding of what life is like for you, equally it can help you understand your partner. The aim can be to find harmony together or to develop an amicable relationship to help with separation.

Clients do not always know at the beginning of the counselling what their goals might be, this is very normal and we can explore to find what an achievable resolution may be or look like.

If your partner will not come to counselling or you would prefer to attend alone I can offer you individual counselling.

My role is to explore the issues with you and I can help you to find and make positive changes. Often clients have a feeling of being stuck and need help and support with moving forward.

I also work with individual clients who present a very varied and wide range of issues. These can include problems such as loss, anxiety, worry, which can be overwhelming and block us from seeing a clear direction, future or outcome. Talking together through these issues will enable change and happiness.

Please call or email me to book an appointment.
