Profile

I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist (UKCP Reg.) I work in several locations in and around central London (NW6, NW1,W4, SW1). I offer short or long term therapy to adults on an individual basis.

I work with people suffering from depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss, low self-esteem and people experiencing a lack of meaning in their lives. People seek therapy for a variety of reasons, some have had negative childhood experiences, for others it maybe a moment of crisis or a wish to improve their relationships. If you would like to explore any of these issues or are in need of some support please do contact me.

My clinical work is regularly supervised by a UKCP registered practitioner. Furthermore, I am bound, and adhere fully, to the British Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BACP) code of ethics and good practice. Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy

Post-Graduate Diploma Psychotherapy and Counselling

As well as having a successful private practice, I also work as a psychotherapist in the NHS, working in primary and secondry care. In  the past I have also worked for two years at MIND as a counsellor. 

I have experience working in a range of settings I have worked with a great variety of people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of issues, for example I have experience working with people suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement and loss, relationships, divorce, separation, trauma and abuse, addictive behaviours, sexual difficulties and sexual identity, and work related issues.

In 2011 I was awarded the Hans W. Cohn Award for Excellence - In recognition of outstanding achievement on the Advanced diploma for Existential Psychotherapy.

UKCP - I am registered with the UK council for psychotherapy.
MBACP - I am a member of the British Association for Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am a member of the Society for Existential Analysis.
