I am an accredited individual, family and couple psychotherapist with more than 20 years experience working in both the NHS and private practice. I have particular expertise in working with individuals and also young people, their families and parents. I work also with couples who are struggling to successfully maintain their relationships.
My work is informed by the latest available evidence base and I strive to offer support that will make a positive difference. I utilise Family Therapy, Cognitive behavioural and solution focussed approaches. I am also a qualified parenting trainer and can advise on exactly the best ways to live with and manage younger children and truculent teenagers also.

My therapy is designed to improve the psychological well being, happiness and esteem of the client in a non threatening and non judgemental way.
I can see clients in either of my clinics or travel to your own family home of preferred.

I have worked in the NHS as a therapist for more than 20 years with children, teenagers, couples and individuals presenting with a variety of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, conduct difficulties and other problems.
I have a success rate of more than 90 percent and the vast majority of clients that I see report an improvement in their mood, self esteem and relationships.
