Profile

This service offers short and long term treatment plans using an integrative model drawing upon Psychodynamic, CBT and Existential approaches.  I have been using this model within the NHS as an Honorary Psychotherapist.  I am able to work with adults who present a variety of problems including:

Depression  --  Identity  --  Self harm  --  Anxiety  --  Meaninglessness

Abuse  --  Isolation and loneliness  --  Bereavement  --  Eating disorders

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Titos Florides is a Psychotherapist who has been practicing in the NHS, where he works with adults who present moderate to severe psychological problems.  He is a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP) and a registered trainee with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), working towards full accreditation with both bodies. 

Through working in voluntary support groups, the NHS and the befriending projects he runs for adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems, he has vast experience of supporting a diverse group of people who present a variety of psychological problems.

Titos Has a MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and has undertaken an advance diploma in this field.

Fees

Therapy plans will be discussed at the initial consultation taking into account your personal circumstances.  Normally plans will be long term, open ended and once weekly. 

Notice periods will be agreed upon when embarking on long term work.  Each session is 50 minutes long and cancellation fees may apply.  Short term plans are available.
