About me

Hi, my name is Tina and I am a humanistic psychotherapist and counsellor.

Sometimes we need a space to explore and express our thoughts and feelings, for example, we might need to make an important decision, talk privately about an issue or share something that feels too big to deal with on our own. Or perhaps we're feeling low and need to talk.

I see clients for both short and long-term work.

I help individuals on a wide range of issues such as:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Anger
  • Work-related issues
  • Depression
  • Self Esteem
  • Isolation and loneliness
  • Loss
  • Pregnancy
  • Parenting
  • Relationships / Family issues
  • Sexuality
  • Difference and Diversity

I run a private practice in the Health and Wellbeing wing of Hornsey Town Hall, Crouch End.

My fee is £50 per session. Reduced rates considered.
