About me

There are times in most lives when we feel things have become unbearable. It might be because of a loss or bereavement or other traumatic event outside our control; it might be that relationships with partners or children have become very difficult and painful; it might also be that we have felt out of sorts for a long time because of childhood events and other unresolved experiences. Often, these difficult times can be overcome with the support of people close to us or other self-affirming means. At other times, advice and guidance are not enough and we need an empathic professional to help us make sense of our difficulties, process traumatic experiences and come to an new understanding of ourselves, our relationships and how things fit together.

I see every person as unique and draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches to best help the client in their particular circumstances and concerns. I use creative materials and interventions such as different arts and play in my work with children; digital media when working with young people and other creative approaches also with adults whenever they enhance and promote the person’s healing process.

I provide short and long term therapy.
